If your site (and your mail) is hosted on the Friday Next server, you’ll need to be aware of how to set up your mail client to access your email. I highly suggest using POP3, so that all of your messages are backed up on your computer; however, you can also use IMAP if you’d like your messages’ status to be reflected across all your devices.
Here are the proper settings for accessing your email:
Incoming Server
POP3 Settings

Outgoing (SMTP) Server

Username: you@domain.com (full email address)
